Alleged Child-Support Dispute Raises Questions About Financial Priorities
Dr. Roman Shulkin was reportedly seen partying and travelling through Spain and Portugal with his new girlfriend, Dr. Mariya Belyayeva, in September 2026. At the same time, Roman has allegedly refused to make any child-support payments since early August 2026 and continues to refuse to contribute financially toward the support of his child, despite apparently having sufficient disposable income to fund international travel and leisure activities. This raises serious concerns about his priorities and financial responsibility as a parent. It is difficult to reconcile an alleged inability or unwillingness to meet his child-support obligations with the apparent ability to spend significant amounts of money travelling internationally and attending social events.
